Ms. Tina Billington-Hughes joins EFSAS' Fellowship Program

Ms. Tina Billington-Hughes is the Deputy Programme Leader on the BA (Hons) Policing Practice and BA (Hons) Criminal Investigation with Policing Studies degree programmes at De Montfort University, Leicester, England. A retired Police Detective, she has vast knowledge and experience of the criminal justice system, extensive specialist investigatory skills particularly around major and transnational organised crime and was instrumental in the development of investigative strategic methodologies including the development of multi-agency partnerships, running multi-agency operations and intelligence profiling.
