EFSAS invited by Crans Montana Forum to speak on Terrorism during international conference in Geneva
The European Foundation for South Asian Studies (EFSAS) has the honour to be invited by the Crans Montana Forum to attend its 20th Annual Session of the Homeland & Global Security Forum, taking place in Geneva from October 24 to 27, 2018. This Forum will address major security challenges in a world facing rejections and hardenings.
Being a multi-dimensional platform, this Forum brings together Heads of State and Government, Ministers, International Organisations, Parliaments, Justice & Police Administrations and Businesses from around the world. Eminent personalities affiliated with the Crans Montana Forum include Mr. Jean-Pascal Delamuraz - President of the Swiss Confederation, Mr. Richard Holbrooke - Ambassador of the United States to the UN, Mr. Mikhail Gorbachev - President of the USSR, Mr. Yasser Arafat - President of the Palestinian National Authority, Mr. Boutros Boutros Ghali - Secretary General United Nations, Mrs. Irina Bokova - Director General UNESCO, Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker – President European Commission and other dignitaries.
Mr. Junaid Qureshi and Mr. Dušan Vejinović will be attending this event on behalf of EFSAS where Mr. Junaid Qureshi, Director EFSAS, will present his views on Terrorism during the event’s special programme dedicated to the fight against terrorism, ‘The fight against terrorism: Real evolution and questions’.
