Ms. Yoana Barakova's (Research Analyst EFSAS) interview with South Asia Newsline on the first ever Report on Jammu & Kashmir released on the 14th of June 2018, by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at the sidelines of the 39th Session of the UNHRC in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Barakova said that the Report on Jammu & Kashmir has methodological, analytical and historical shortcoming and in addition does not make any reference to the cross-border terrorism perpetrated by Pakistan in Jammu & Kashmir.
