EFSAS interview with Mr. Tariq Shah on exodus of Afghan refugees in Pakistan

In this Interview, Mr. Shah stressed that under international law, Afghan refugees cannot be forcefully repatriated. He also highlighted that the Pakistani authorities have received funds from the United Nations in order to take care of these refugees. As a lawyer, Mr. Shah considers the new reform illegal, and calls it “a clear violation of international law”.
